This form records the details of a girl whose family may need support in the years ahead. It can be filled in by the girl herself, by a parent, by a legal guardian or by any family member. Please fill it carefully and only with information you know to be true. Details of the girl being registered.   2. Registration does not guarantee financial, material or marriage assistance.पंजीकरण से किसी भी प्रकार की आर्थिक, सामग्री या विवाह सहायता की कोई गारंटी नहीं मिलती।
  3. All information and documents provided must be genuine and correct.दी गई सभी जानकारी और सभी दस्तावेज़ असली और सही होने चाहिए।
  4. False, misleading or fraudulent information may result in rejection/cancellation.ग़लत, भ्रामक या धोखे वाली जानकारी देने पर आवेदन अस्वीकार या निरस्त किया जा सकता है।
  5. The NGO may verify submitted information and documents.संस्था दी गई जानकारी और दस्तावेज़ों का सत्यापन कर सकती है।

  11. Applicant/guardian agrees to the collection and use of information for beneficiary verification and project administration.आवेदक/अभिभावक लाभार्थी सत्यापन और परियोजना संचालन के लिए जानकारी के संग्रह और उपयोग पर सहमति देते हैं।
  12. The NGO will handle submitted information responsibly and only for legitimate project purposes.संस्था दी गई जानकारी का उपयोग ज़िम्मेदारी के साथ और केवल परियोजना के वैध कार्यों के लिए करेगी।

What happens after you submitजमा करने के बाद क्या होता है

  1. You receive an Application IDआपको आवेदन आईडी मिलती है As soon as the form is submitted, an Application ID is shown on the screen. Please write it down or take a photograph of it. Every future conversation with our office will use this ID.फ़ॉर्म जमा होते ही स्क्रीन पर एक आवेदन आईडी दिखाई देती है। कृपया इसे लिख लें या इसकी फ़ोटो ले लें। हमारे कार्यालय से आगे की हर बात इसी आईडी से होगी।
  2. Our team checks the fileहमारी टीम फ़ाइल जाँचती है The office checks that the form is complete and that the documents can be read clearly.   3. Verificationसत्यापन A coordinator may visit the family, speak with you or ask for one or two more documents.   4. Decision and recordनिर्णय और रिकॉर्ड After verification the application is marked as verified, kept on the waiting list, or found not eligible. You will be informed of the outcome. The details and documents you give here are used only to verify the beneficiary and to administer this project. They are kept securely, identity numbers are stored in encrypted form, and uploaded documents can be opened only by authorised staff of the foundation.
